The repair detail effectively removes the cause of faults associated with malfunctioning flaps in aluminium intake manifolds 03L129711E on 2.0 TDI common rail engines of VAG cars. The repair kit contains an aluminium detail, installed to the adjuster with the original screw. Once the repair kit has been fitted, simply delete the faults - the fault codes associated with the faulty flaps will not return.
